I’m a PT, trail runner and mountaineer based in Christchurch, NZ.
I believe in a no-BS, compassionate, and realistic approach to exercise, health, and wellness.


I specialize in working with women in different life stages who want to feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies — without extreme diets or burnout. My approach goes beyond just workouts: I combine science-backed fitness with behavioral coaching to support sustainable change.

Instead of telling you to “try harder” or overhaul your entire routine, I help you focus on small, realistic improvements that fit your life. Together, we build better habits around movement, nutrition, recovery, and mindset — one doable step at a time.
